Policy & Returns
High Collectives Boutique will accept merchandise /s (exempt items stated below) if the following item/s meet our return guidelines. If any items do not meet the guidelines below, the returned merchandise item/s will not be accepted for a return. All exempt items are considered FINAL SALE and will not be accepted for any reasons. (Store credit is issued if approved).
We will inspect and approve all returned item/s when received. 

Please Allow 3-5 Business days for your order to ship out. Shipping might take longer Due to Covid-19 
 
Return Guidelines
 
  • All merchandise item/s must be returned in its original unused condition must have all the following attachment/s to its associated item/s when returned. Must have original hanging tag/s and or stickers, labels price tag/s no stains and must be returned in sellable condition.
  • All merchandise item/s that have been altered, manipulated, used, stretched, or changed/modified from its original appearance for any item/s will be subjected to automatic denial for approval
  • All online item/s must be returned within 7 days from the date received
  • Note Customer is responsible for ALL shipping fees including the cost to ship the exchanged item

ALL returns are the sole responsibility & expenses by the customer (including the required shipping cost to & from location) unless:
Customer is missing item/s or order/s 
Customer received wrong item/s such as (color, size, etc.)
Customer did not order the item/s 
Customer received duplicate item/s or order/s

Pick up Orders 
If you paid for a pick up order and never picked up your order the same day or haven’t picked up after a week your money will not be refunded .
